The main indicators of a prosperous economy remains in its ability to enjoy a stable rate of investments & job creation along with improving both health & education sectors. However, the employment market represent the consequence of a good global policy that enhances the lifestyle of the working class. Despite being the basis of economic growth, having a decent job as soon as we graduate from school represents a leveraging of household’s satisfaction. Now, how can we dispose of a qualification and yet we find unbelievable experience requirements when looking for a job we would love to practice ?
I am sure the answer of every CEO would be that we can’t actually hire someone without any relevant experience for a decent work position the reason being related to less operating expenses. This reminds of the bouncers outside any nightclub for instance, who as soon as you get in front of the club’s door you are denied entry because of not being a « regular » client. Okay, so how can we actually become regular if you are not letting us enter the first time and have a first experience at least, knowing for a fact that you will generate profit to the nightclub ?
